Try the local press - individual Specsaver stores seem to regularly advertise in our local paper with vouchers that can only be used in that particular store. Not sure if there's a national campaign on at the moment.

This weeks Best magazinge has one for a free test with Dollond & Aitchson,if you look on D&A's site they often advertise this offer as well0
