Fancy a chance to win the @myvegan goodies I used to make these salted caramel cookie bites? They’re the perfect sweet snack, dessert or post gym refuel! Packed with all the salted caramel goodness, dipped in white chocolate then drizzled in Biscoff, a heavenly combination 🫶🏼🍪

Recipe -

Ingredients:
3 MyVegan Salted Caramel Cookies
2 scoops MyVegan Salted Caramel Soy Protein Powder
1sp Vanilla Extract
3tbsp Vegan Caramel Sauce
200ml Plant-Based Milk
150g Vegan White Chocolate
30g Biscoff Spread
15g Biscoff Biscuits

Method:
1. Blitz your @myvegan Salted Caramel Cookies into a fine powder.
2. Mix in your @myvegan Salted Caramel Soy Protein Powder, vanilla extract, caramel sauce and plant-based milk until a soft dough forms.
Roll into 12 balls. Melt your white chocolate and evenly coat each ball.
3. Drizzle over your Biscoff spread and top with crushed Biscoff biscuits. Leave in the freezer for an hour and enjoy!
