I am sorry I can't help with that ,please ask on the techie forum and also maybe someone there can advice on tightening up your security.You need to get it sorted ASAP.:j I love bargains:jI love MSE0

I agree with dotchas, it sounds like your security has gone to pot. Go ask on the techie board and do a complete clean and also install some better AVG. I have no idea how to reclaim your Hotmail account though but maybe techie can help with that as well.
