Pc Worlds price match

Hi all, sorry if this has been mentioned before (hopefully not). If your on
the look out for the latest wireless routers but at a reduced cost.....read on.

Managed to pocket belkin n1 modem router which I needed at short notice
for a friend as his stopped working & was well out of the warranty period.

PC World, Currys & Comets all had the router but at the
cost of £130.00, So after some research regarding their price match
I managed to locate Dell who was selling the same router at £85.17.

Managed to pocket a £130 belkin modem router at £85.17, which is a
saving of nearly £45.00 :j

  • The pricematch says 110%. Did you get your extra 10% of the difference in price?
  • With the price match I managed to get Championship Manager for £14.99 which it is on Play.com. The assistant wasnt sure if the internet price match was only for the Christmas period of permenant
  • What I did in this situation is buy from pcworld and order from ebuyer. Once the ebuyer one arrived I returned the pcworld one.

Working out 10% of the difference is a bit difficult for PC world staff to work out.

This will come in really handy over the sales period... More just to see the look on thier faces if they have to give you something cheap... They always look as though its coming out of thier own pockets when you ring and reserve something cheaper than in store..
