Prizes are claimable through our new Beneficiary Self-Management system with HSBC, a simple process through which you trigger the payment of the prize money into your bank account or PayPal account following the steps set out in this HSBC video.

 

For security,  this process involves a two-step authentication process as part of which you will receive a password to your mobile phone number.  We do not have your mobile number in our records, therefore kindly ask that you respond to this email with your up-to-date mobile number for this purpose by Monday 27 November 2023.
