Y LIVE surveys anyone having issues with recent payouts?

Last time had 50 payout was in the summer. Am well overdue another 50 & so far no response from y live. Hopefully just a glitch, anyone else with issues?

My last payout was about 5 weeks ago I believe, that went through ok. Exactly halfway to my next one so might not find out myself for a month or two at best, have you tried contacting them?

The way they work it is say you were on 49 on (for instance) 31st October but on the 1st November you hit the 50 mark, they won't begin the payment process until early/mid Dec.

Could that be the case?

I was on 50 points about 10 days before the end of Sept, but that is slightly irrelevant in a way as they only work on the balance at the end of the month, so it wouldn't make any difference if I'd hit 50 on the 1st Sept or the 29th.

But I was paid directly into my nominated account around the 12th Oct if I recall.

Appreciate the replys & thanks everyone appears am worrying unnecessarily. Looks like I did not hit 50 until 10th Nov (surveys have been quite sporadic for me but have picked up recently) so will be expecting a payout at the end of month.

If you hit 50 points on November 10th, then they will be deducted 1st December with payment arriving mid December.

Sorry to gatecrash a post, but can anyone point me towards how to check your points total? I can't seem to find it and I'm curious where I'm up to.

You log into Y live, then click on account, then click on earnings.

Aaaaaah thanks, I hadn't spotted the three lines on the My Account page for another menu! Much appreciated.
