My husband will retire during May 2024 from his part time employment with the local council. His AVC value will be about £5500. by then.
His favoured option at the moment is to buy extra local government pension with this. He is 66 now and will still be 66 at this date.
Question is how much extra monthly or annual pension would he receive based on this figure?.
