NatWest Group credit cards - what's the opening date?

Hi,

I recently got a NatWest Credit Card with a 0% deal on
- Balance Transfer (for 14months if done within 3 months from opening)
- 0% purchases for 3 months from opening deal.
I use the card for stoozing, so was thinking I can use the 0% purchases for the first 3 months to offset the minimum payment to maximise benefit.
I haven't gotten any statement yet and I am not sure where to find the formal "account opening date". It's not stated in the credit agreement and I assume it's not the date when I got the agreement but rather something closer to when I got the card details/access to the card. Couldn't see anything in the app either.

Thanks,

I've had notifications just before the end of the 3 months for all my natwest group cards (NW, RBS & UB) stating the date the 0% spend ends and when the 0% BT ends and has to be repaid by. If you phone up I'm sure they will be able to provide the dates.

That said I don’t mix spending and BTs as it can make avoiding interest much more complicated, and if you have loaded up 95% of your credit limit on BT all for quite a minor gain. If you really want to you could continue making small BTs as you make minimum payments in the 0% BT period, though again the gains will be small.
