Hi all,
Wondered if anyone can help me?
I've (madly) decided to bake my own bread for starters on Xmas day. Does anyone know if I can leave the bread to rise tonight and bake it in the morning? If so, at which stage of the rising? First or second?
Many thanks,
A Panicing PG xxx

Yes, you can prove it overnight (but in the fridge to slow down the process) either first or second.
Personally I'd do at the second stage so there's less work to do tomorrow morningI am the leading lady in the movie of my life
