Help to Buy ISA

Is it possible to close the Help to buy ISA without using the money for buying the house?
It seems for properties out of London the value of property should be upto 250k, so I can't make use of it bonus as we now moved out of London. Don't want to keep saving in it if I can't claim bonus, so would like to close it and withdraw my savings. Please advise

If it's Help to buy ISA (not LISA) then check point #12:

Also consider point #10 on the link Newbie_John posted about transferring the Help to Buy ISA to a LISA, as a LISA can be used to buy a house up to £450k anywhere in the UK.1
