Knew I'd find a use for the jar of cherries I bought a few months back!! It's hiding chocolate mousse and cherry brandy soaked cherries in along with the double cream so loosen your belt before I pass you a slice!

The chocolate curls didn't quite work because I melted a mixture of Roses (I'd run out of solid chocolate making the mousse!!!) and some were soft toffee in the middle so the chocolate didn't harden enough, so I just put 'blobs' of chocolate on top!!!!"Stay Wonky":D
