Interactive Investor referral offer

Does anyone know if there is anything stopping me from using the II referral offer for my spouse to open an II account.  This gives £200 bonus to me and then she would get a year for free on the SIPP plus whatever other services she uses (minimum £10K investment).

They also have a "family" membership option where if you upgrade your account, you can add family members to certain services for free, but it seems to me that this referral offer is actually better.

I cannot find anything in their T&C that precludes the "friend" being a family member.  It just says they cannot be an existing II customer.

I'm intending to use it next week when Little Miss Arty's JISA gets rolled into a normal ISA and she wants to invest it. Being a nice daddy, I might even split the referral money with her 🤣
