I kept a bottle of Baileys in the fridge for years (not sure how I didn't manage to drink it in all that time) - the alcohol kept it tasting just fine!0

I don't even keep in in the fridge, these days just add it to coffee or hot chocolate and that rare, must have been out for at least 5 years

Given its dairy content, I would be reluctant to this but then again I've never found polishing off a bottle to be a difficult task.
