I kept a bottle of Baileys in the fridge for years (not sure how I didn't manage to drink it in all that time) - the alcohol kept it tasting just fine!

I don't even keep in in the fridge, these days just add it to coffee or hot chocolate and that rare, must have been out for at least 5 years

Also good poured over ice cream... or pavlova... or a mince pie... or a slice of chrissy cake... almost any dessert really
