@susankahimsworth Thanks for posting but it is essential that the Closing Date field is populated with the competition end date when posting a competition. This is the field directly under the Title when you are making the post.
This date controls when the thread gets closed and moved over to Game Over when the competition ends.
You have not entered this date on the three threads you have posted and you should return to them and edit the posts to include the date in this field.
The date in the Closing Date field should be selected from the calendar provided and will be in the format dd/mm/yyyy. In contrast, the version of the date that you put at the start of the title should always start with E: and only contain the day and month, not the year. So, for this thread the title should start E: 02/12.
I hope you are aware that it is against MSE rules to post competitions that you are running on your own site.
