Coast Finance removal of charge

Hi, I am pretty desperate, I have sold my property, but the solicitors have found a charge that was originally welcome finance and is now Coast Finance. I have evidence that this was settled, but the charge was not removed and I now cannot trace any contact information for Coast Finance. What can I do? as we need to complete asap.

Your solicitor can send proof to LR to have it removed.
We did this on a probate property a while back where the charge owner couldn't be found.0 -
Thanks, do you know how long that took?
