NHS Trac DBS Check Help

Hi there need some help whats dose it mean on trac when DBS says under review just wondering because one off my other collgues waited 5 weeks for dbs check turns out recruitment team did not respond to DBS email and hers say under reiew.

    The best thing to do would be to call the recruitment coordinator dealing with your application. They can check what is happening with the DBS.
  • Yeah they query it saying what dbs needed but said on my trac what dbs needed but they want my line boss to say it to them and she has now. but now they query it again asking same question so going round in circles with them also it takes days to get them to pick phone up and there not answering emails

    It might just be better off going to their office and getting them to sort it there and then. I used to work in recruitment for the NHS. They will sort it out if you go in person because they can't ignore it then.
