Hi, just wondering if anyone is experiencing the same thing?
We applied for a mortgage through Nationwide on 24th Oct via a broker. Valuation is complete and they have all necessary documents. We’ve now heard they’re experiencing an IT systems error and are unable to process applications as a result, next update will be end of play Monday.
We’re FTB so are probably more anxious than we need to be, but we are worried that it won’t go through…

If it's a computer system error then they will fix it and get back to going through files. I wouldn't worry.0
