OCADO Overcharged

First Ocado shop in a short while and the amount they've charged me is £6.06 higher than the receiptable amount (total order was around ~£150.00). Is it possible this is just ringfenced? I don't know if to contact them or wait a few days first? Has anyone else experienced this?

Normally they don't charge your card until the delivery is completed, and the amount charged takes into account anything you return/reject at the door (unwanted substitutions, returned carrier bags etc.)
Are you sure you're comparing against the receipt and not the order? Receipt can be higher than order due to variable weight products (meat etc.) being charged at the actual weight and not the indicated weight on the website.1 -

Have you had your final email saying adjustments etc and a final figure? I had the same problem yesterday. Receipt sent was for £106.39 but my account has been charged £109.86 so I emailed to ask why. Their reply came back that it is their practice to do this if you haven't ordered in a while which I hadn't, for bags, which were on the receipt, for any changes to my account be it change of address, bank etc, which there wasn't and also any items that had to be weighed which I did not have. Apparently the random overcharge should reach my bank within 72 hours. This has never happened to me before. Not happy!0
