Bankrupt - British Gas Ignoring It

Not sure if this is in the right place.
I recently went Bankrupt and all my creditors bar british gas have acknowledged it and taken the relevant action. British gas say they havent received the 2 notifications from the insolvency service (yet all my other creditors did). I have web chatted with them 3 times, they didnt even know what bankruptcy was - they asked for payment. I've spoken on the phone with them and got posed with the same statements/demands for payment despite telling them im bankrupt.
I have since used resolver to raise a complaint with them. That was 2 weeks ago with 2 chases since then to no avail.
In the mean time I'm receiving text messages and emails demanding that I pay my bill with them and threats of legal action.
Aside from pulling my hair out (of which there is little left) what can I do about this? Part of me wants to leave it and let them get embarrassed at the court stage but ultimately I feel like im banging my head against a brick wall. This is going to put me into debt with them AGAIN because i can pay for my usage from the date of the BK order.
Has anyone got any ideas? Contacts for senior departments?
