batteries for the kids xmas toys

Options
 OK we've all spent a bundle on the kids toys this year and now we need to spend yet more on expensive batteries. Has anyone got a good place to get them tomorrow. THANKS :o
We are the change we wish to see.

  • Wilkinson do them for around 80p a pack (4xAAA, 2xC etc) good batteries too, not llike your average cheap battery. They are what I use for everything.
  • according to the gadget show morrisons cheapo ones are the best

Someone has just posted on HotUK Deals that B&Q has boxes of 24 x AA batteries for £5, which is a good price. I bought mine at Boots on 3 for 2, can remember the price but all the packs had 50% extra free as well.
Look after the pennies and the £££s will look after themselves
  • I got 8 Fuji Alkaline AA batteries in poundland the other week.

Wilkinsons were found to be the worst in the test the gadget show did. Better off going for the Morrisons ones.

Halfords AA's are good quality and there are packs of 30 with 1/3rd off so £5.99 (on the tills)

Also I find the big packs in B&Q are decent quality for the price too.
