YouGov Log In Code Problem

Has anyone actually managed to get a response from YouGov when they cannot log onto their account as no code ever comes via email.  I have tried everything to get their attention but still they don't reply to me or assist me.  I was very close to the 50000 point mark for the £50.  feels like I've been scammed.

This seems to happen to me every so often - I can't log in so I go to the 'Contact us' page on their website - but to actually contact them I need to log in - so I keep going round in circles.
