Morrisons More Points

I don’t often shop in Morrisons and even then it’s only for a small top-up shop, but I do use the points card when I do. However, I never seem to accumulate points. I’ve contacted their customer services several times, got little more than a generic ‘we’ll be in touch’ and when they do I’m told they’ll investigate. Nothing. Waste of time employing anyone in customer services0

Unfortunately, they relaunched the card without being clear about exactly how it would work (and it doesn't work in the same way as most other loyalty cards).2 -

Do you know if specific products are based on customers previous purchases.0 -

If the points account is working properly, you'll see the bonus points on the bottom of your receipt. If nothing is shown, or if the new points are zero, then there's a problem. However, I have had the situation where points have not been shown on the receipt and then appear on my account the next day.
I'm not convinced that the engineering is the greatest - the same was true of Morrisons' previous Lidl/Aldi price match which was incredibly hit-and-miss.0 -

There are multiple bits to the Morrisons offers:Specific to you: "Say Hello To Your Offers" Via the website (or app) there are time limited "10/20% off specific thing bought in store/online before X date". Applies to 1st shop containing the item. You have to activate them, they don't auto apply. This doesn't attract points, just money off. You won't see the offer in store. It's just you.Not specific to you: "Earn Points" Can be seen on the website and stickers in stores: 100 More points if you get doughnuts in store, 200 points for buying our branded/best of/finest products. These can persist a while. No money off, only points. There's money-off ones: "Top Offers" that are dual-pricing (5 pounds to normal customers, 4 pounds with More card)Then there's the randomly emailed ones like my recent "1 point for every pound you spend" (pointless, literally and figuratively) offers.I prefer the old system, but then again, they ditched the "Match" part of Match & More, so it become just "More". Now, it's kinda re-branded as "Less is More. But really, just Less"2
