    There's nothing to be anxious about .You are in a great position, you are mortgage free and you could probably clear everything now with the £15k by making 57% offers. Now's the time to enjoy yourself, make CCA requests to see which debts you can ignore, and take your time making low offers to keep as much of that £15k as you can for yourself.
  • Thank you. The comments put in perspective.  So we don’t pay anything once the CCA letters are sent? Just wait for the feedback and then make offers as necessary?
