Hi
My current Debts. All debts passed 6years on Oct 2023.
Mortgage in India -£14000 ( interest bearing 11%- So currently focusing paying this one)
Below debts are on TPP.
HSBC : £8152 Defaulted in Oct 2017
( Not paying anything since Feb 2023 - No interest )
( HSBC claims this is closed, but on my credit report is still shows as unsettled/ default. I did not receive any letters regarding selling my debt to other debt collection agencies as the below debts )
PRA - (MBNA): £3046 Defaulted Oct 2017
(Paying £5/ Month- No interest)
( Provided Original Agreement. Recent Settlement offer was £2000)
LINK (Barclaycard ): £7736 Defaulted Oct 2017
(Paying £1. No interest. Couldn't provide Original Agreement. Latest letter says this debt is now unenforceable. On my Credit report checkmyfile , none of the credit agency have any report of this debt)
What's the best options for me to settle all the debts other than Mortgage in India?
Thanks in advance.

Well you can ignore Link. They admit it is unenforceable.
PRA have made an opening offer so feel free to negotiate on that.
As for HSBC, I'd be inclined to continue to ignore them and see what they do. If they sell it to a third party you may have a better chance of a settlement.
HSBC will be dropping off your credit file this month. In fact all three should disappear this month.1
