I'm hoping this might help someone. Bread is always going to count as processed, but Waitrose do some that are NOT ultra processed. Waitrose, here I come:

My Lidl app gave me a free bakery item today so I selected a low GI loaf - very partial, they are so tasty, and the listed ingredients aren't too horrific.1

I'm not sure how accurate that open food facts site is - searching for wholemeal bread flour, it thinks sainsbury's brand is a nova 1, totally unprocessed food. The same by M&S is listed as 4, ultra processed. Both are just wholemeal flour with nothing added.1

I toasted a slice and had it with butter (no more "healthy" spreads for me!) and that seemed to fill me up this evening although it is more linseed-y than I would have liked.
The rest has gone in the freezer as unlike normal bread it won't last for ages in the fridge. No man is worth crawling on this earth.
