THIS MORNING TOP TOYS FOR CHRISTMAS PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

 

Who can enter:

 

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the Prize Draw period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, STV Group PLC or are an immediate family member of the same; and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

 

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw. 

 

Opening/closing date & time:

 

• Prize Draw in relation to the This Morning programme (the “Programme”) opens for entries via the Programme app (the “App”) and online via the www.itv.com/win or www.stv.tv/win websites (“Website”) on Wednesday 1 November 2023.
• Prize Draw closes for entries via the App and online at 5.00pm on Friday 10 November 2023. 

 

Winner selection & contact: 

 

• The draw will take place within 24 hours of the closing date and time for all entries. 
• Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the Prize.
• The Prize is time critical and the winner will be contacted in accordance with Clause 5.2 of the ITV General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms. All entrants must be contactable on Friday 10 November, Monday 13 November and Tuesday 14 November 2023.
