Ebuyer returns 'awaiting confirmation from courier' - meant to be collecting tomorrow

I bought two heaters a few weeks ago and have decided to return them as people are having problems with them. Ebuyer agreed to foot the return postage, so I opted for them to be collected tomorrow (without thinking that it's Xmas Eve!! - idiot that I am).

It's been a couple of days and in my 'current returns' it still says that the delivery slot is 'awaiting confirmation from their courier'. I'd rather not be in the house all day tomorrow waiting for them if they aren't going to turn up... Can anyone who's had experience with returning things to Ebuyer let me know whether the courier usually turns up when they say they will? Because in my account there's been no confirmation that my chosen delivery slot is even available. Grrrrrrrr :rolleyes:

I've tried emailing them but got no response today.

Our son bought a 32" tv from them in April and it conked out 2 weeks ago..I did the returns online thingy and it also said 'awaiting confirmation' I had asked for pick up the next day which to my surprise they did :T

They refunded the full amount a day later after the tv was found to be faulty so he ordered a different one which was delivered again the very next day ..Unfortunately it had a foreign plug on it so I called Ebuyer who sent the right one recorded delivery free of charge next day delivery..
To say I'm pleased with their customer service is an understatement..I will definately use them again.

^Great, thanks a lot for letting me know, I hope it goes as smoothly for us. I hope that they collect it early so I still have time to visit the supermarket for bargains!
