got 2 updates this morn in post, one is tesco bank ( for my tesco credit card debt) which returned £1 cheque stating it is no longer needed when doing a request, that is all they wrote.
the other is moorcroft  debt recovery, for one of my RBS debts( rbs credit card), they returned my £1 as well, stating not needed, and said they will pass the cca request to client( RBS).

(so is it moorcroft that have to produce the CCA or is it RBS)?

on a side note, i looked at moorcroft website and methods of repayments, if you want to do a regular standing order or direct debit, they will only accept it,if  you complete their income  and expenditure form, it wont complete request until you do it.

but if you make an adhoc payment, there is no need to complete any forms, which if i lose the cca request  battle, this is how i will pay them, and that will be the only type of communication i will ever do with moorcroft.
Christians Against Poverty solved my debt problem, when all other debt charities failed. Give them a call !! ( You don't have to be a Christian ! )
