    I've needed this laptop for years, and it will be the centre of all my work for years to come. I just had a rough year for personal reasons. No really sure what the point of your comment is

    It is unfortunate that you won’t actually receive any tax relief on the capital purchases, given that you will be below the tax free threshold. 

    Nothing can be done to alter this simple fact unfortunately.

    Yeah I couldn't hold off buying the laptop any longer sadly! But its ok, there will be other expenses in the future, just this year was a big one for spending!
