Credit report change

Hi guys
I know lenders do not look at your credit score however I'm just checking something.
Since obtaining an offer from Halifax, my credit score has not changed nor have I obtained any new credit or used any existing credit my debt to income ratio still remains at 0% however I did close one of my credit accounts back in August which has only now reflected on my file via checkmyfile but as a result my scores dropped a few points. Would my lender, if they were to do final checks on my credit be bothered by this or would they simply just be concerned if they saw me taking new credit out?
Any help be a great help. I'm nearly at exchange so hoping this won't hinder
Many thanks

not leding so they wont be bothered, ignore the stupid scoresDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.1
