Sequestration recalled - what now?

Hi,
I was sequestered because of one debt. I paid this debt and it’s been confirmed it’s ‘recalled’.
when I have Googled how long after sequestration can I open bank account, apply for credit etc. but is the situation any different for me because my debts were paid off, nothing was written because of the sequestration.
I would like to apply for current account soon will I have to wait a year?
thanks

Are you asking if you are permitted to apply for a bank account? Of if it is banks will accept your application?
Try the Co-op for a basic bank accont, BR friendly. Or on-line banks like Monzo. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
If banks will accept my application, they will do a credit check won’t they? Already have basic one thanks looking for a standard one0

Scottish law differs to the rest of the UK, and I`m sad to say our knowledge base on it is not what it could be.
If nothing appears on your credit file or the insolvency register, then you should be good to go, if on the other hand it stays for 6 years like the rest of the UK, you will have problems, I don`t know for how long, or even if, this will be recorded officially.
