Mortgage transfer after bankruptcy

I was declared bankrupt in 2014 so my 6 years is well and truly over and my experience well in the past...

I've just received a letter to say that my mortgage (that was included in the bankruptcy) has been transferred to another provider (NRAM to hessonite). The letter is not a demand for money but does give their account details.

It was a joint mortgage and I'm unsure if my ex husband also went bankrupt.

What do you advise? Should I contact Hessonite?
