"The Draw" comps

"You have reached your maximum entries for this month’s prize draw. We only allow one entry per day, with a total dependent on the amount of days in the draw month.

Please come back next month to enter a new draw."

I thought we could enter once per day, throughout the duration of the comp. Am I wrong? I did click on the T&C, but couldn't see anything about a maximum number of entries in total.

I've just done today's entries. I entered four comps with The Draw. With the first two, I got the Congratulations message. With the second two, I got the "you've reached your maximum entries" message. Tomorrow, I'll try to remember to enter them the other way round, to see if the error message applies to the same comps, or whether it's for the first two that I enter - if that makes sense.

Sooo...today, I did the four comps the other way round. The same two comps showed the same error message. The other two went through fine, like they did yesterday. So it's clearly to do with how many entries for individual comps, not how many entries with The Draw in total.

I've had the same problem for the last few days. Max entries showing for Old Spice and the Amazon Echo.

Thanks @avery64 I guess it's either a glitch, or they're changing their rules.

So far I've not had any problems and enter them most days. I didn't enter them from the beginning of the month though as I was away so only been doing them for about 2 weeks this month. I only enter 4 of them from this months. I will keep an eye on them next month though see if I have any problems.

Wondering if clearing cookies might help you or have you tried contacting them? I looked for their contact on the website but nothing has shown up for me except for a link to twitter the rest is blank. I did find an email though from their facebook page if this helps you support@winthedraw.co.uk

Thanks @EnglishWelshie It wouldn't be the cookies thing, for me - too boring to explain. But I might contact them if it happens in November. I'm going to try to monitor the situation. I'll post back here if I discover anything useful.
