Best way to get a deal on a new phone
Hi all
About 4 years ago I got an absolutely spectacular black Friday deal on a Samsung S9. It was the best mobile phone deal I ever got was about a 50% discount on the regular price for that phone. I purchased 3 kept 1 sold 2. Amazing deal.
I want to purchase outright not be tied into a contract. The black friday deal I got came with a contract but it could be cancelled straight away as the phone was already paid for in full outright it was an unusual deal.
The time has come to upgrade I can't put it off any longer. Do you think I would be better off waiting for black friday deals or is black friday an overhyped gimmick these days?

Wait until the last few months of your current contract. Shop around, see what there is on the market. Then use as leverage when trying to negotiate a new deal.0
