Why would you spend your pension in uni fees when daughter can get a loan?

There is a possibility of commutation of a pension already in payment but you would have to check with the administrator of each scheme as to whether you met rules/requirements.

If you contact the administrators of the the schemes they will be able to confirm the position for you.
Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!

What exactly do you mean when you say MOD pension, in addition to your Army pension?  Is this a Civil Service pension?

As for your Army pension, were you invalided out on an immediate pension, or did you apply for your deferred pension to be brought into payment early on ill health grounds, having perhaps joined the civil service after leaving the Army?

When did you leave the Army?  Being a member of AFPS75, or one of the later versions, may have some relevance.
  • dont live in the uk so hence the reason i mentioned to help  uni fees for our  daughter
my mod pension (small) is a civil service pension which i took on ill health after leaving the cs mid 90s
my army  pension (small) is  the same  took   same time as csp mid 90s later after leaving the army  both due to ill health and not related to army injuries.
overall i  was just wondering if  it was possible to take more out the pots.
    thanks

In that case no. I'm sorry, but it's not possible to take any further lump sums from these pensions.
