Was in Farmfoods this pm. Bought a large bottle of Persil concentrated liquid. 105 washes for £9.99.
It was flying off the shelves.

At 9.5p / wash I am not surprised. I haven't noticed any vouchers lately though, the flyers usually come though the door regularly. No man is worth crawling on this earth.

Funnily enough a leaflet landed through my door earlier today - the minimum spent is £60. Much as I like a bargain, I won't be buying 6 bottles / 630 doses of Persil!
There were loads of boxes piled up in the large Southend store (6 per box) rather than being displayed on a shelf. 3 was enough for me and they will be distributed amongst family households. Mine will last me the best part of 2 years. No man is worth crawling on this earth.

How much liquid is that for £9.99 please? I'd like to work out the cost per litre. Even in a hard water area, I never need the recommended dose.0

From my perspective its a bit of a fail precisely because of the size - I can't store it with the rest of my cleaning products without removing a shelf. So am pondering as to where it can be hidden put of sight. No man is worth crawling on this earth.

Thanks for the information. I'm sure Persil is excellent but I'm happy with either Lidl Formil or the Aldi equivalent, both are good value and in easy to manage containers. 😁
I used to buy the own brand liquid from Wilko but no more. ☹️
