Buy to let near completion

Hi, I have a remortgage BTL near completion. Unexpected, I resigned from my job (stupid thing to do BTW) and moved at the same time. However, doesn't affect my affordability.

I'm now worried it will get pulled. Can anyone please tell me what happens during the solisitors mortgage report/signing deed stage?

It is more the ID check that bothers me, this would be a massive blow and money down the drain.

  • It will state somewhere in the conditions that you must declare any change of circumstances. I have no idea if not doing this could be regarded as fraud or not
  • I'll phone them. It is just months now of waiting for payslips and new addressed bank statements. I was soo stupid.
  • Do you have new employment? If so, depending who you are with they might not care if you have just started. Best tell them though.
