Pension Share - Annex A?

I have one final pension share to hand over to my ex wife. It is a workplace DC pension with L&G and I/they have the court stamped order for 46% of it's value to be transferred.
L&G have been the most obstructive company I have ever dealt with and have now requested that I send a copy of Annex A to progress the transfer. That's it, Annex A. No further description or details as to what Annex A is.
I've checked all my correspondence and court documents but can find no form with this title.
I have asked them to elaborate but as with all comms with them I will have to wait for at least 5 days for their response.
Can anyone tell me what Annex A is???

Thanks in advance.

I don't see them being difficult for asking for that as its part of the court order and normal for it to be required.

It's not L&G's role to explain procedures to divorcing couples - that's for their solicitors. You say they have the stamped order, but do they have the annex which forms part of that order?
Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!

I've sent them the court order in it's entirety. It does not include an Annex A. They have also received it from my Ex's IFA.
I have had to give over three other DC pensions as part of the settlement, none of the other pension companies requested this mysterious Annex.
BTW, the question was WHAT IS ANNEX A???

Did some googling and came across this

Along with the main court order, which sets out the financial settlement, the court will also issue a pension sharing annex. A pension sharing annex sets out what percentage of and to whom a specific pension is to be shared. Within any final order, the court will direct the couple to send the pension sharing annex to the pension provider.

Wonder if they mean Form A?

Thanks for all your posts. This is the message which I received from L&G.

The document you have sent us is the Pension Sharing Annex. We require a copy of the Annex A. This is a document which will be headed ‘Annex A’.

That's it. Nothing else. Again I've looked through all my court paperwork and can find nothing. As JoeCrystal posted above, I've googled this to death and can find no reference to this document anywhere.
My frustration is heightened by their refusal to answer calls and my reliance on them responding to emails, which they make full use of the 5 day turnaround time... every time!

The full saga has dragged on for nearly three years now as they refused to action the original court stamped order on what in, my opinion, was a nonsense.
