CCA letters to debt collector.

Payday loans are fully regulated under the CCA.
You are correct that overdrafts are different and you can't do a s77-9 request on those.1 -

Both, concentrate on the important debts first, no one cares about £80, there is no value to anyone in attempting collection of it, a few texts maybe is all its worth to a DCA.stu12345_2 said:

wierd how drafty passed it on to credit resource solutions, then credit resource solutions put it back to drafty the other day,cos of being "time barred" whatever that means, ive made £5 a month for 15 months to them.sourcrates said:

time expired, was the exact phrase, it has been on a dmp for 15 months approxChristians Against Poverty solved my debt problem, when all other debt charities failed. Give them a call !! ( You don't have to be a Christian ! )
