Credit Agreement received, is it too late

Hi,
My friend sent her £1 off in June to Intrum for a copy of a credit agreement. Intrum cashed the £1 and put it as a payment on her account. She complained and today received an apology from them and a copy of the original credit agreement. It was only from 2022. I think they only have a certain amount of days to produce the agreement? Should she offer to pay them?

The guideline state 14 days to comply, but in almost every case it takes longer, as they must go back to the original creditor for the paperwork.
As long as the copy agreement contains all it should, then they will have satisfied her section 77 request.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
