P45 From TUPE Employer - Total Tax Year Earnings Not Showing

Hello Everyone,
I was made redundant on September 4th, the date on which my employment transferred over under TUPE.
My redundancy payment and PILON was paid on the 15th by this company and I recently received my P45 from them. However, this only shows my PILON earnings and NOT my total tax year earnings from those with my previous employer as well.
I have zero idea of what's involved with this and I'm totally confused by the whole situation.
Does this mean that my previous employer didn't provide my earnings details to the new company? Or if they have then the new company haven't included these, or is this something else?
Separately it's now also beginning to appear that my PILON earnings haven't been reported to HMRC. They are are a multi-national company but the UK side of their operation has been totally shambolic with my dealings with them so far.
I am probably going to have to contact HMRC to look in to all of this but ideally I would like to know what the situation is with the P45 beforehand.
Thanks everybody.
Edit: If of relevance the tax code shown on the TUPE employers P45 is OT and not my usual 1275L.

Have you looked at your personal tax account? https://www.gov.uk/personal-tax-accountGoogling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!0 -
Thanks for the reply.I'm currently waiting for an update from the TUPE employer of the date when they claim they reported the PILON earnings to HMRC. Universal Credit currently don't have a record of this from HMRC which means I have a 4 figure overpayment. I need the date they claim they forwarded it so (hopefully) it should be easier to track.I want to get this out of the way first which is why I was asking if anyone knows what the situation is with the P45? Also I don't have a personal tax account due to lack of photo ID to register.0
