NMW and have to buy shops own clothes

If you have to wear the shop you work ins own clothes, should your NMW be adjusted for that, and how would that work?

If you mean a uniform then you can get tax relief via your tax code?0

If you have to pay for the clothes from the shop you work in then your pay less the cost of the clothes needs to be at least NMW for the period in which you buy the clothes.
For example, if you have to spend £100 on clothes for work in your first month, that month's pay has to be at least NMW plus £100.
