Mortgage funds

Quite simply. How do solicitors notify lenders when they are ready for funds? What documentation do they send and isit as simple as saying,
" we are ready to receive Joe blogs finds on such a date"

Trying to get an understanding for how and what the solicitor does between exchange and completion

Thanks

    they send over a deed
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

Not a "deed" really, it's just a form saying effectively "we've done our bit, please give us the money for this date".

Certificate of Title is sent and funds are requested for a certain date.
