I had the same problem last week, so I contacted them via their customer services on their website explaining this problem and they then sent me an email asking for my name, address, serial number and how many I wanted and said they would send them to me, I haven't received them yet - but I'm hoping.bought mine from amazon and tried to enter serial number.. says it has already been registered... not by me though!0 -
i received my 4 wii skins and they are a good quality thick one, it did take a few weeks to get them, then a week or so later i received another 4,
a big thank you to the company as they could easily sell them and its not that often they company's give you something for nothing0 -

I had the same trouble, yet my Wii came from John Lewis. I assumed it was because my two remotes already had jackets with them. Please let me know if you get yours, and I'll email them.0 -

The same thing happened when we tried registering ours (said we had already registered when we hadn't).
We also thought it was down to the Wii-motes already coming with jackets on.
I got a message on the Wii this afternoon when I got it set up for the Wi-Fi connection saying I should go to http://wii.nintendo.co.uk and enter my details for the free silicon jackets. I'll try this later.0 -
Thanks - just ordered mine0
