I have solar panels on my house.
Owned outright.
Installed in 2011.
FIT pays around .68p / unit.
If I sell the house & transfer the ownership of the solar panels what rate will the new owner receive ??
TIA

I thought they take on the terms of your FIT. At least thats what happened when we last sold up.1

I don't know that's why I asked on here.

Just contact your current FIT provider and ask about the process for transferring ownership. They will ultimately need to update the central register so that the new owner can benefit.0

Last I saw the standard clauses for property sale (there different are ones for the UK countries as far as I know) included a clause on solar panels. That is something that should be considered at legal contractual stages. I.e. seller or representative makes it clear solar fit is for sale as part of the transaction or buyer offers to buy......ish.
