Avon and Somerset emergency call handler tests

Has anyone completed computer tests at Avon and Somerset Police (or other police force) for the job of emergency call handler/call dispatcher?  The description I have for the upcoming test is: 3 computer based assessments testing multiple skills such as spelling, accuracy, multi-tasking and listening.  Any tips would be really helpful as it may hep me to practice and prepare. Thank You

The best advice I could give would be to practice spatial reasoning tests.
I attended an interview with Avon and Somerset Fire Service for a similar role.
I can comfortable do the things you've listed, as will most of the other candidates. 
They specifically need people who can visualise what's happening on the other end of the phone.
The spatial tests allow them to identify the best candidates to shortlist (apparently).

Yes and I was completely unprepared! (I didn't get shortlisted but that's ok, it's all experience).

Thanks again, good tip, I hope that doesn't come up for me but I will practice
