TERMS AND CONDITIONS for “With a Country Retreat with Home Instead on Greatest Hits Radio” (the “Competition”). These terms should be read with our general competition terms at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html which also apply to this Competition.

 

1.COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN	This competition is running across the Greatest Hits Radio Network. There will be 1 overall winner.   To enter the prize draw, entrants must successfully answer the multiple-choice question correctly and enter their contact details on the webpage mentioned in 2.0. The winning entrant(s) will be chosen from this list of entries.   The winning person(s) information should match the information entered online when they are contacted. If the details do not match, they will be disqualified, and a new winner will be drawn.   A total of 1 winner will be chosen from all the valid, successful entries by electronic random draw on Monday 23rd October 2023.   The winner will be contacted and must respond within 72 hours, from first point of contact. If Bauer Media has not heard from the winner within this time, they will forfeit their prize and be disqualified – and a new winner will be randomly selected. This process will be repeated until we have spoken to and confirmed a winner.   Entrant(s) will be contacted via phone. If the entrant(s) does not answer, a new entrant will be contacted.

4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS	Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry. Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, incl. the Prize Provider (Home Instead and Element), must not enter. Any such entries will be void. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant or winner who does not comply with any of the eligibility criteria and/or is in breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to repeat the competition mechanic or any stage of it in order to draw a winner that fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these Specific Terms. THE PRIZE	ONLINE COMPETITION - PRIZE ONE winner will win a Country Retreat for 2 adults (aged 18+) Prize package for 2 adults includes: £150 Travel allowance. 2 nights in a cottage or barn accommodation in the winner’s chosen UK destination. Private chef to cook a bespoke menu for two people at winner’s accommodation. A hamper to be delivered to the winner’s accommodation on day of check in.    5. We are not responsible if you fail to get through when you call / text to enter, or if you lose signal during a call.
