NHS pension TRS update

Hi all,

I realise this question may be unanswerable.

I have contributions in both the 1995 scheme and the 2015 scheme to which I'm a currently contributing member. My TRS was updated in August 2023 to reflect my position as of 31st March 2022 (which is per my expectations as I'm a Practitioner). My statement includes two parts, reflective of the value accrued in each scheme.

My understanding of McCloud is that I, along with everybody else to whom the remedy applies, will be defaulted back into the legacy (1995) scheme for the entirety of the remedy period, albeit with the option of taking those benefits as if they were accrued according to the rules of the 2015 scheme at the time of retirement, should I choose.

Soon after my statement updated, the "updated to" date on the statement was replaced by "//". My question is, does anybody have any idea when (or even if) TRS will be updated to reflect the revised pension figures based on application of McCloud?
