Change of address has me in a muddle

I've got to inform creditors of a change of address, but it's not straightforward.
5 years ago we moved abroad for work. Not any better off financially, just followed the work, basically. Used Royal Mail redirect to on of these electronic mail forwarding companies. All good. However, royal mail won't renew it after December- they're saying it's a final decision.
So I have to go round our creditors with new address. 2 things - one is emotional really, I just hate speaking with them, dealing with them...brings back such awful memories of our business failure and my ensuing bad health. The other worry is that they'll use it as an excuse to try and renegotiate the DMP (we've done self administered all along), or worse still they'll tell us it can't be done anymore because we are abroad.
I'm scared and worried and it's all coming flooding back. I really don't know what to do but I can't put it off any longer.

If you live abroad, why are you still paying a DMP ?
UK debts stay in the UK, are you intending to return here ?
Why would it be worse ?
You can just walk away if you wanted to.
How do you pay them currently ? what difference does it make them knowing your address, sorry, I may be missing something here, I can`t see why you need to tell them anything ???I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
