We have already cut gammon in half so we can use at later date and plan to make up extra xmas dinners and freeze for ds. But have no idea what to do with the rest??
The turkey is frozen so will defrost cook and can it then be refrozen as a meal??
Thank you in advance

Hi lollyred,
The turkey will be fine to be frozen as meals once it's cooked. These threads should give you lots of ideas of what to do with the rest:
